Planning Application Information
Micofilm Records 1983-1987

To enable Wychavon to improve the service it provides we are currently embarking on an exercise to capture the planning history records from 1974 and record them on the Geographical Information System (GIS). This will increase the availability of the data both internally and externally by giving access through the Intranet and Internet.

As from the 17th August 2005 files from 1974 to 2002 will periodically be off site and therefore, will not be available. At present the above files for the years stated are off site. There is, however, provision to call back any file/s urgently required.

It is anticipate that the files will be off site for one month and as these are returned subsequent files will be sent.

I will be posting regular updates of when the files (either microfilm or original) will be off site. With the fluctuation in numbers of applications for each year and other influences, the time taken to capture will vary, but I will be giving as much notice as possible over the coming months of when the files will be away.
